Chuck was my boss at Peat Marwick Mitchell in 1984-1986.  To this day I think of him often, he mentored me like a father and friend, was kind and understanding.  I'll never forget him walking into my cubicle with tears in his eyes asking me if I had heard the news about the space shuttle Challenger explosion. His heart was big, and I knew then what I know now, that I was lucky to know him.
