Charles was a bright light in so many ways and for so many people.  I shall always remember the cheerfulness, enthusiasm and dedication he brought to the NEA-Alaska Board of Directors and Delegate Assemblies. It seems his joy of living permeated all aspects of his life.   My condolences to Carolyn and family.  Jean Krause
