I'm sad to say we lost our dear sister, Cathryn, unexpectedly on May 11th. She was such a positive force in all of our lives, I can't imagine the world without her. What gives me joy and comfort is that I know she is now on her "Soul Journey", one she was excited to go on when the time came, it just came too soon for us mere mortals. WE LOVE YOU SIS.... and look forward to any signs you can send us....Her body is gone, but her sweet spirit and legacy remains as a heart print...for every life she touched
Today would have been your birthday and I miss you so much. You held my hand in some of my most difficult moments while helping me grow into the therapist I have become. After I heard of your passing, I found a note you wrote to me in one of your books saying, “It's not the ending, it's only the beginning. Step one day at a time."
