I first met Catherine through her pearl business. I loved her stories, her laugh, her sarcasm. She was a dreary woman with a huge heart! She lived a full life in her 69 years, and I am glad to have had the chance to know her. Rest In Peace beautiful lady??
When I moved to Virginia in the 90's I met Catherine. We became instant friends. Many people we meet in our lives leave footprints in our memory. Cath has left footprints in my heart and in the hearts of those she touched. She will now be unseen, unheard but always near. Still loved, still missed and held very dear!
Gone but not forgotten, forever in our hearts. Memories of you will remain, so your journey here on this earth has ended, no one else will ever take your place. Dearly missed by those who love you most, heavens light became a little brighter when God took your hand in his hand and lead you home. Heaven now you’re resting place an angel somewhere high above the stars, so your journey here on this earth has ended you will remain forever in our hearts
I met Cathy in 1969 at VWCC. She introduced me to her “ favorite “ cousin, Bobby Prillaman. We were married in April, 1971 until his death in January 2011. Cathy and I stayed very close all those years until her recent death. I will miss her and Bobby until the day we reunite. I am sure he was there waiting for her with all their shared loved ones who passed before. <3
I first met Catherine at NEW, Network of Enterprising Women in 2002. We quickly became friends and she absolutely loved helping with our Curtain Call sale events. We sold pearls & home decor and had great fun! I will always treasure our friendship. Your wit and genuine friendship will be greatly missed.
I met Catherine through a close mutual friend back in the late 90’s. I remember how friendly and energetic she was - someone you couldn’t help but be drawn to. Catherine’s beauty, strength, warmth and wit touched so many of us. I will cherish those memories of time spent with her.
I met Catherine via bringing her Holy Communion beginning 2 1/2 years before her untimely death. She was so engaging, bright, charming, and witty that I was drawn to visiting with her more often. We played Scrabble together and she ALWAYS won. Her strong faith, feisty spirit, and indomitable courage in the face of overwhelming adversity will always be an inspiration to me. I truly miss her
I met Catherine in the late 90's through work friends. She was so quick witted and courageous. Always wonderful to see her face when I would run into her while working or traveling.
