This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Carol Valenty, 70, born in 1949 and passed away in 2019. She will be missed more than words can say, but loved and remembered forever.
My heart broke when I heard the news of Carol’s passing. In an instant it brought me back to so many wonderful memories from my childhood. We spent countless hours hanging out at her house. I felt so comfortable talking about things that may have been hard to discuss with other moms. For that I say thank you, for being a great mom to us all and for daughters that gave us true friendship.
It is true when they say the death of a mother is the first sorrow wept without her. My mother has been there through every tough time in my life until now. She has shaped every aspect of the person I am and I will spend the rest of my life trying to live up to her example and make her proud. Love you Ma
Carol will always be in my heart. She will be greatly missed.
Carol was a second mom to so many of us growing up. I am so heart broken to hear of her passing. I don't know if I've ever known a stronger individual. Thank you Miss Carol for always looking out for us all those years.
We were an item in 1964. Then I went into the Marine Corps. Fast forward 45 years, A lot of water under the bridge but our Love was still there. I found you again and the magic was there. We were married. We were complete. It took 45 years, a lot of heart ache, happiness, and sorrow was felt on both sides. WE ARE ONE.
Rest now my Love.
My heart is heavy today as I have just confirmed her loss. I met Carol many years ago when we worked at Aetna Insurance Co. In Brockton, MA. Her Christmas card was always the first to arrive. When I did not hear from her, I feared the worst but wanted to believe she was still with us. To know her was to love her and I will hold her in my heart forever. My love to her family.
Going through my Christmas card list and wondered about Carol. She was always the first card I received. So sorry to learn of her passing. Her daughter Sharon used to babysit for my son many years ago. Carol always mentioned Sharon in her Christmas cards. May she be at peace with her now.
