As I only knew Capri Stanley-Smith in a professional capacity, my memory of her is one of a consummate professional and upstanding leader for the City of Norfolk. I never saw Capri without that beautiful smile. My sincere condolences to her family. May God bless you all.

Tho I knew Capri for only a short time she lit up a room every time she entered one.  She had such a giving demeanor at work and was relied upon often for assistance.  Her time may have been short on earth but while she was in our presence she touched alot of lives through her generosity and willingness to help when needed.  She will be sorely missed.  Mary Beth Niver
