My mother, Gen Burokas was very fond of Brian. She shared many nice stories about Brian, I felt I knew Brian thru my mother.  They worked together for many  years at the IRS and even after she retired, they kept in touch.  She is very saddened to hear the news of his passing, but knows he is in a better place now!  Condolences to the family.
