I think about you all the time honey. I keep remembering that you are doing great and it’s us that are there that are feeling sad. You’d be proud of how we are supporting and loving each other, Love you like crazy!
All my love,
Janice
from Ginger: It was such a privilege to know Billy -- such a generous man who would give you the shirt off of his back if you asked him. He made no secret of his love for his family, and especially Janice; and for his Lord and Savior Jesus. I am thankful for the time that we got to share in our small group at our church.
Good-bye Billy. Safe travels. I can picture you digging a hole with a back-hoe or moving rock with your tractor, always on the go wherever you are. Thank you for being a good friend to Gary and me. I will never forget you.
Prayers and love to you all.
Such a great man and great friend . I am very thankful for all of the fun times and wonderful stories we shared.
Billy led a life to be proud of and will be remembered forever. Rest in peace my friend
My father was a good man and great dad. I will miss him very much. He taught me how to work at a young age and taught me things at 10 to 12 years old most men never learn, I am forever grateful what he provided me in life. Love you Dad.
We feel so honored to have known you Billy if only for a short few years. You and Jan were so Instrumental in helping our grandson Andrew grow into a mature young man. You taught him first hand about hunting and firearm safety and about a strong work ethic and saving for the future. I'm sorry you left us so soon but know in my heart you helped many of those around you. God bless you Billy
The first time I heard Billy’s voice on the phone I knew we would like & trust him. He did a lot of work for us on our ranch when we moved to Eagle Point in 2015. He was a gentle, lovely man and will be missed in this world. He took the time to be a friend and always was so interested in people. We feel privileged to have known this man. RIP Billy
Happy Birthday, Bubba. I know you are rejoicing with Jesus in Heaven. What a Celebration!
You were a good man and a good brother to me. I miss you and you are close in my heart with my many memories of you and our families. RIP, Billy.
Love you dearly,
Brenda
Billy was a good man and a hard worker. He could do just about anything he set his mind to. Give him a few minutes and he might even figure out an easier way. I will miss him and forever he will be in my heart. Family know you are loved and in Lori and my thoughts and prayers. He leaves a big pair of shoes to fill and a bigger hole in our hearts. Love y’all.
Happy Birthday, Billy Boy, I know you are up there in heaven celebrating with our dear Mother and all others
who have gone before you. You were a good brother, and a good man; you left a lot of people behind that love you. I will always miss you and love you forever. Love you always, Janie
RIP dear brother.
Our family always enjoyed time spent with Billy. Billy's devotion to his family was inspiring. His graciousness and positive attitude were endearing. Zack and Emily were thrilled to ride along with him on the equipment at times. Our deepest sympathies to Jan and the Frazier family.

I am thankful for the privilege to have met and known Billy during this special season. His smile, laughter and love for the Lord was always refreshing. His courage and love for for all of us to know the importance of God and to love one another to forgive and to be reconciled. A man of honor fighting the good fight. My life is richer knowing him. We miss him but will we never forget him.
