Mr. Brown was the best boss I ever had. He had "been there and done that" but never acted like he knew it all but rather welcomed any thoughts we had regarding how to improve things. His endless curiosity was a gift to all of us. I have books in my library he discovered first and something he shared about the use of GIS with old civil war maps resulted in a lecture at Rec & Parks. Haywood
