Chuck, Ralph, Paula,  our sincere sympathy in the loss of Barbara.  She was my 4th grade teacher
in Nome and I will always love her.  I also babysat for Duane, Ralph and Paula when they lived up
at the FAA watherbureau housing.   We had many family connections and my parents and the
Covenant Family shared great times. God Bless you.

I always thought the world of you, Ms. Barbara. In the 24 years plus, since leaving Alaska, I often thought of you and smiled. You were always without pretense, accepted others at face-value, but never shy of your beliefs.  I saw a strength in your character after Duane’s death that has always remained with me and for the better. Rest In Peace Fair Lady.
