I worked with Barbara at HP. She was great to work with. I knew she blazed a trail for not just women, but our entire workforce, and she was, as an engineer or manager, a leader who lead by example. She lead by doing and with her actions. We hired many talented women engineers (many 20-30 years her junior) and I am certain they all had positive experiences working for or alongside her.
