I am so, so sorry to hear of Barbara's passing. She was just wonderful in every way and was my mother's (Gloria Crouch) best friend for many decades as they started out together working for Henrico County. Please know I am sending prayers for her family and always loving thoughts. I've posted a few old photos of Barb & Mom in the gallery.
