Thoughts and prayers to all the members of the Cheney and Sim families. Barbara and Tom were a wonderful couple who not only raised a great and accomplished family, but also were strong community leaders in Dorchester a well as Quincy. Barbara was the very first Chair of the Richard Murphy Community school Council. She and Tom were warm, loyal and cherished friends. RIP.

Barbara Cheney was a wonderful Mother.  I was impressed with both her and Tom.  Her twin girls are both friends of mine.  I will continue to pray for the whole family.  May you all be in peace,
