My heart breaks at this news.
Mr & Mrs Schnopp, AJ since 1st grade was always a gentleman, smart , handsome, a wonderful sense off humor and kind.
I smile with my small childhood memories and so wished we had more conversation. I am certain he will be missed. Sending you all love at this time, jt (Roygirl) XoXO

My heart is broken with this news today of a lifelong friend. I spent 12 years with AJ in school and he has always had a special place in my heart. Love and prayers to the entire Schnopp family. RIP my friend. Love, Mary Ellen

Gone too soon my friend. My heart is saddened by the loss. We shared a birthday week and you always made sure to say I was older. My love to the entire family. The sky will be a little brighter with a new star.
Love, Stacie

Schnopp Family - My heart was broken to hear that A.J. passed. Our families grew up together. Even though we live far apart I still consider your family to be part of mine.  What a great guy he was, never fake, always himself doing his own thing.  Treated people with respect, what you saw was what you got.  He really made me laugh and left a lasting impression. Sorry for your loss.

Schnopp Family & Don,  AJ meant the world to me and so many others who knew him. He was the kindest, funniest and most generous person I have ever known. I have so many memories of him cooking huge meals for all the stray neighbors that showed up at his door. As his upstairs neighbor, Marge & I would wander downstairs in our pj’s  on a few Sunday mornings for coffee & a movie with AJ & Jack. We would end up talking and laughing through the movie.
If anyone needed help AJ would be the first one there with a solution. He knew how to make things work out and how to make you laugh through any mess. He was the best.

Gus, Joanna, Don and the entire Schnopp Family,

We are so sorry for your loss.   AJ was a dear friend who was always there for us.  As we’ve been remembering all the great times we’ve had over the years we’ve had quite a few laughs.  AJ had that effect on people.  We take comfort knowing how much he was loved, and the tremendous support you all gave him though his illness.  He was kind, generous, smart, fun and truly one of a kind.   We miss him.

I was so sorry to hear this news. I have not spoken to AJ in decades, but he definitely left an impression. Just simply one of the nicest guys I ever met. I never heard him say anything bad about anyone - and that’s definitely not typical for a high school student. My condolences to the Schnopp family, and especially to my dear friend, Karen. Hugs and love to you all.
