I am so sorry. Arthur was my only male first cousin on my mother's side.  I grew up with Arthur and Patsy and have many fond memories.  My mother was Julia Rich Hogan.  Arthur was named for our grandfather who lived with us till he died.  I wish I had kept more in touch.  I will remember him and all the family in prayer.

I have so many fond memories of my Uncle Arthur.  His family and mine were very close when we were kids.  My Mom was his sister.  He also was one of the funniest and most handsome men I've ever met.  Wishing him eternal rest in God's arms. Sending my condolences to David, Dianne and Virginia.
