I worked with Art at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Urgent Care for 23 years in Bedford and Manchester NH. Art was the most reliable person I ever worked with. At first I was a bit concerned since he lived in Hopkinton, MA, and would have to navigate the snowstorms to get to the the clinic in winter. In the beginning I sometimes called him when a big nor'easter was on the way but he always replied, simply, "I'll be there". And he was.
