I am a friend of the Lueder family and was on Ann's 'tour' for awhile.  She was my wife Laura's manager at P-Com and Laura always said Ann was the best boss she ever had.
Ann hit it big during the dot-com boom, but she was always down-to-earth.  She touched a lot of people's lives in a good way.  So sorry to hear of her passing.  Bob
