This memorial website was created in the memory of Anita Meyer. Anita's children and grandchildren deeply appreciate the outpouring of love and kind words. We've always known how special she was, but it's been wonderful to revisit favorite stories and learn new ones. Thanks for the memories!

Anita was one of my 4 cousins who I always knew as the” LaLonde girls.” They were daughters of my Uncle Cliff LaLonde and my mother’s sister, Frances Agar LaLonde. A few years ago, Anita and her daughter Emily visited Anita’s birthplace here in my hometown of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, and we had a wonderful time together. I showed them the area where our Agar ancestors homesteaded, etc.
