Don was one of the first people i met, when we moved to the East Bay in 1998. I enjoyed listening to his stories about his time, in the Army, serving in Germany. He was a very selfless human being, and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He set a good example of "being of service". He will be missed. Mark Zimmerman Hayward, CA
