Uncle Mando was a very special person to so many.  He was always there when you needed him.   One of my memories was when I was in High School and I needed help with Algebra.  My Dad must of called Uncle because he was there to help me.  I will always cherish memories of his visits to play cards every week with my Dad for my Dads last 8 years living with us.  ??Your recipes.

I only knew Mr.Amando thru his friend Mr. Bob Ross that i used to take care.
Mr. Amado is a very generous and kind person as i only knew him in a short while as he visit Bob a while back.
