I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW SORRY I WAS TO LEARN OF DUKE'S DEATH. HAVE KNOWN HIM MOST OF MY LIFE. HE AND MY DADDY (JACK HALL) WORKED TOGETHER AT THE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT AND I ALWAYS THOUGHT HE WAS ONE OF THE NICEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER KNOWN. I PRAY THAT GOD WILL BE WITH EACH MEMBER OF HIS FAMILY IN THE MONTHS AHEAD WITHOUT HIM. HE WILL REALLY BE MISSED BY ALL WHO KNEW HIM. LOTS OF LOVE TO YOU ALL
