Dad, where to begin - you were the best dad in the world. You taught me so much and I am grateful for all of your teachings, even if I didn't want them sometimes ;)!! I will always cherish them and your knowledge as it was endless and you always wanted the best for each family member. You are missed so very much! We are getting all your signs, so thanks for those as we need them. Love, Cin

To Marie,Debra,Cindy & Ricky
I have no words to express how much I will miss talking to Al. We always had a laugh when we spoke. He would always ask me “how you doing kiddo” even though I’m not a kid anymore. I will always remember his laugh and his great big smile. My condolences to the whole Carrillo family

Prayers for the whole family. Al,you are at peace now. Perhaps you will hook up with my Dad in Heaven. You were very much like him and that was especially endearing to me. You had a big smile ,a big laugh and a big life. May you rest well...Love, Karen

It is with a heavy heart I heard about Uncle Al's passing. I loved him and love all of my family very much. My condolences everyone. He will be sorely missed and I will definitely miss talking with him on the phone. I made a point to call Uncle after Dad's passing and me moving away. He was always good to me and I will never forget him. I love you Uncle!

It’s hard to FORGET someone who gave us so much to REMEMBER. It was my Uncle who gathered up the family for our FAMILY PICNICS. I will always cherish these memories he gave us. Thank You UNCLE. You will be missed.

Dear Carrillo Family,
Joel and I are deeply saddened by "Big Daddy" Al's passing.  I liked calling him "Big Daddy" mainly because of his knowledge and leadership of all things and the role he played as a pseudo father to us.  We loved and cared for you deeply, and you will never be forgotten. RIP

Words have failed me over the last few weeks. My heart has been heavy with your loss, crying for your loved ones. Your family has been in my life for over 20 years. Lake trips, sleep overs, family events, bickering, home movies, proms, graduations, shared birthdays, to the births of our babies.
How do you measure the life of a man?
Is his greatest measured by his job, or achievements? Is it measured by attractiveness or wealth? Although you possessed these attributes, when I think of you that’s not what comes to mind. When I think of you I feel the peaceful and calmness of your spirit. The kind, genuine, loving children you raised. The little hands of your great grandchildren wanting to be picked up by their papa. The smile on your face as you watched your great grandchildren play with my daughter. You were one Daylon’s favorite people, his Papa too. When I think of you, your life, your greatness. It would be measured by stolen glances and embraces between you and Grams. Thousands of hugs and kisses and irreplaceable moments of love and laughter with your family surrounding you. I will
miss your smile the most. I pray that your family always remember how much they mean to you. That they always know how full your heart was from loving them. Love you, Papa hug Daylon for me.
