I feel so honored to have been so close to you. Know that you were loved and are missed. Rest in peace, my friend.
A tireless advocate for students. Aimée's quiet determination, gentle smile, and grace under pressure stand out in my mind. I could count on her to help if needed. I knew that her corner of the world was being ably handled. I enjoyed working with her immensely and will miss her.
Sweetest spirit to have known. Aimee taught me how to color, shading darker on the border and lighter towards the center. My fondest memories include board games and Barbies, even though she was older than me. I will cherish those childhood memories of my godsister and the tabor family. Sending condolences on behalf of Melissa Campbell and Dorothy Paynes (long time family friend).
Aimee, you were one of those shining colleagues I was eager to get to know better. Your readiness to help out was welcoming and hearing about your determination in organizing outreach was inspiring. We planned to sit down next semester and discuss new ideas. I will pursue these in your honor and make sure I learn more about the beautiful person you were from our colleagues. Rest in peace
Aimee, though I only knew you for a short time, it is important to note of its importance. You allowed the students we work with to feel that they can do more than this world would allow them to think they could. Thank you for you work and your life; both will live in the same realm as the hopes and dreams of our students: the infinite and beyond.
Aimee, What a woman you were! It is unfathomable to learn you are no longer here with us and such a loss, WAY too soon. My deepest sympathies go out to your family and loved ones during this time. You were one hell of a gal and I shall miss you terribly. Thank you for all you've done for women in STEM. I shall never forget you.
