I first met Neil when he was employed for the postal service at the Anchorage airport and we became good friends and frequently hung out together. Although many years have passed since I last spoke with Neil, he remains my friend, and always will. Neil Wagner was always a positive and likable guy and I was proud to have him as a  friend!
