She was always the most generous, loving, and thoughtful grandmother anyone could ever ask for.  I'll miss her dearly forever and hope to one day be as wonderful of a person as she was.  The world lost someone amazing.  We love you and miss you Granny.

We'll never meet another person as kind, caring, and warm as Granny was.  I will always cherish our time together chatting over breakfast, with what was a seemingly neverending supply of homemade pancakes.  We love you and miss you, and hope to see you again someday.

I miss you everyday. I know you are better now, pain-free and happy. I love you and will see you again one day.

Thank you Granny Steffens for your love, kindness, and generosity. Your love shaped my wonderful wife, your daughter, Kim. She is the greatest gift you could have given anyone, and her love for you makes me so proud of her. She misses and talks about you every day. When we do things, she still wants to call you and share. It hurts to see her sadness, but I know it comes from love for you.

Granny always had a smile on her face with those dimples! (That’s where my mom got them from!) Anytime we would come over she would have fresh homemade sushi piled on the counter and she would still ask us what we wanted to eat. She was always so sweet and we will all miss her dearly. We love you Granny!

Yuki was a part of our family's life since we moved to California in the mid 60's. She was a good friend of my mother and our next door neighbor when we moved into the home in Marina. The four ladies that lived on our cul de sac always got together to talk, eat and just have a good time. We will miss her infectious smile and her caring personality. She is now with her husband and son.
