Grandpa Bill, oh that laugh. You are one of a kind. You will live on in my heart forever. There are so many memories I've been lucky to have with you and the Hildebrandt family. I got to be in yours and Grandma Carols life since I was born and I am blessed. From your cowboy boots to your smile, there's nothing that will be forgotten. Thank you for being Grandpa Bill to me, rest in peace.

To Bill's family,
Your parents were foster parents, as was I and my family. Your mother was helpful in guiding me with any questions I had. Your father was a wonderful man who guided me with advice when I went back to school to train as a police officer. What a wonderful family you had. Truly blessed by this loving man and his wife.
