This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Wilbur Culpepper Rumph, Sr., 86, born on January 7th, 1929 and passed away on October 9th, 2015. We will remember him forever.
Wilbur was one of the mainstays of the Blue Bird family. No one will ever be able to measure the value he added to the company. Beyond that, he was a marvelous individual and an inspiration to all. He will be missed but never forgotten.
