Growing up there were many times when I felt that no one understood me (like a lot of kids!) Grandma Verna offered unconditional love and support. She attended as many of my football games and wrestling matches as she could, often slipping me some money to go out afterwards. No one makes better chocolate donuts and oatmeal cookies. She is truly a remarkable woman who will be missed dearly.
