I knew Suzanne when she was on the board of Peninsula Family Service. She was so kind and gave tirelessly to support programs for at risk youth and families in the community. Her giving nature and vibrant spirit and joy was a gift to all who knew her.

Suzanne was an inspiration to all who knew her. To us she was a wonderful neighbor, friend, and for me a role model. Lots of wonderful memories of her- from Penchi the Clown, to those wonderful birthday parties we all enjoyed together- honoring her life. She was a force of love. And will be sorely missed- till we meet again.

The sun has set on an amazing life.  Suzanne was filled with a zest for life that never grew old.  She brought joy, happiness, and laughter to my life and will stay in my heart forever.

I've known Suzanne for most of my life.  She was in Peninsula Children's Theatre with my mother and later me. She was Penchi the clown at all of the plays. Suzanne and I were in many plays together including my Piglet to her Tigger.   Suzanne could make a character come alive like no other.  She will be forever missed!!

Suzanne was our family and our inspiration. We met 48 years ago through our love of skating.  Through our wedding, 4 children, Christmas tree cutting every year and week long visits. Treasured times with our second Mom & Grandmother! Forever in our hearts.

Suzanne will truly be missed by everyone that knew her no matter where they crossed her path in life.   She always had a smile to share, an ear to listen and a hug to make you feel better.  I was so privileged to have her in my life the past 24 years.  She will always be remembered and a roll model to follow.  Love you always Suzanne

Suzanne was a very dear friend of our family for almost 3/4 of a century.  We celebrated holidays together and traveled together.  She was a wonderful neighbor, friend, and we appreciated her wonderful talent and contributions to the community.

Our San Mateo County Historical Association has lost a great friend in Suzanne.  Being home to the model ships built by her husband Charlie is an honor for us.  That we were also to have Suzanne continue as a supporter, and really a member of our little museum family, has been one of the delights of my life.

I remember Suzanne as a lovely and warm lady who shared her love of the children at the Peninsula Oral School for the Deaf. I loved her commitment to supporting our school for many years. The school was lucky to enjoy her as a very special friend and she was able to connect with the deaf children with her smiles!  Heaven will be blessed with Penchi the Clown among the angels.

Suzanne was the most wonderful person I ever met. When my niece was 3 years old I wanted to hire her to delivery balloons for her birthday dressed up as Penchi the Clown. She wouldn't take the money. I thought she was going to come in and stay for a few minutes; she stayed for over two hours. That was 35 years ago and my niece still remembers Penchi. I will miss Suzanne friendship.
