Mom poured love and thoughtfulness into family and friends, and especially into me. She was always there when we needed her. Those who knew her know that she was a fabulous cook, skilled gardener, voracious reader, the keeper of our memories, and handy at everything! She had a terrific sense of humor, and extraordinary strength to endure many hardships. I will love and miss you forever!

Your mom was such a beacon of light and goodness. She was a second mother to me from eighth grade through high school. I remember spending most days at your house and Sherrie and Rich always welcomed me with open arms. I know she will be missed by many. I am thinking of you and your family. Love you, Brenda

Sherrie was everything you needed her to be, a best friend, confidant, sister, even Mom.  She would listen without judging and offer advice when asked.  Whether by phone or in person she was always there for you and I am so thankful she was part of my life.
She was a generous and caring soul and will be missed by many.
