Dear Mom - The hospice staff said you were a "sweetie" and of course we all knew that. You always had a laugh and made me smile, most of the time as mothers do.  Looking through all the pictures of your family show how much you are loved by everyone.  You won the Silver Beaver award for all of your work in Scouting, but in my mind you won the Best Mother award for your life time, love you!

I was Ruth's home health care nurse. She was something else. You are not supposed to have a favorite, but, it was hard not to enjoy her. Her laugh was just so funny!!!!! I will always miss her. =8(

My mother, LaNaya (Chmelik) Jordet, was Ruth's niece. I'd like to send our family's condolences. I will always recall Ruth as a very happy and joyful lady. We are the memories we leave behind...clearly Ruth left warmth and love for others in her wake.
