So sorry to hear of Dick passing on. Dick may be the nicest man I have ever known. Since I started working for PRNS as a young man many years ago Dick would say " hey Kevin how are you " most folks it's just a phrase, but I always sensed Dick ment it. You hear this now and again, but everyone loved Dick, he cared about people, he was always willing to help co workers, Dick was loved. RIP

I was in many meetings with Dick when he worked for the City of SJ, Parks and Recreation Department.  Dick was always so kind and caring. He even showed up to my dad's funeral many years ago.  I didn't even tell Dick about my father but he still came to support me. That's the kind of guy Dick was for people. May he rest in peace.
