I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Paul. I first met Paul on the BORIM several years ago. I always enjoyed the spirit or Paul and loved to argue with him. I always thought we were in the same boat paddling in the same direction. I will always cherish our time together and the memories of what he taught me. RIP, Your pal, Woody

Paul had a rare combination of wisdom, generosity and modesty.  Thank you for the decades of friendship and sage advice.

Met Paul at the Medical board, he was an educator a mentor full of humility yet determination very effective with simplicity . Armed by the Law Yet kind charity. He is a Giant , unbending  in principals , ethics.Effective mediator , always helping. That is the reasons why he was the first and to date the last non physician chairman of the medical Board. A great loss to ALL of us .  RIP  .

I worked with Paul at Rubin and Rudman for many years, and I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He was a skilled lawyer with tremendous wisdom as well as a great sense of humor (we shared an affinity for
Tilley hats). But most most of all, he was a kind soul, and I will miss him greatly.  May his memory be a blessing.
