I'm just leaving a small passage from the Bible. It's a promise for our future, found at Isaiah 25:8- He will swallow up death forever,And the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces- What do you think about that? One day, death will be eliminated. Your loved one will he back with you, alive. That's a promise. But, for now, you miss them. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Mike and I go way back to the days when Mike lived in Kensington. We were in elementary school, junior high at Portola and high school at El Cerrito High school. After high school Mike and I always stayed in touch via Christmas Cards or an occasional telephone call. About a year ago we were out west and Joy and I made a point of visiting Mike...I'm so glad we did. Until we meet again...
