Memorial Tributes
I first met Marv at the Alameda County DA's Office in Fremont, May of 1986. We had the same last name but not related (but who knows we are Portuguese we were probably cousins!!!). We always called each other "Soares" (rarely used our first names). I will always remember the ride-a-longs at Union City Police Department, we had so much fun!! You were a great friend. RIP Marv aka "Soares
