I worked at VDOT in Fredericksburg Virginia and Mr. Lewis was a very big help in Human resources for me and the Dept. section I ran. He was a very kind man. Sorry for your loss. Leonard is with the Father in Heaven. Thanks Mr. Lewis for all your help.

My wife & I had the great pleasure of meeting Leonard several years ago . I helped him restore his 1962 Ford Galaxie convertible and we became friends. He was a great man who was always smiling. We will miss him. Our sympathy to his family.
