Kim was such a wonderful support for me when I started work at VDSS as a policy specialist.  We shared frustrations and successes as we worked toward providing guidance for the agencies of Virginia.  She was such a pillar of strength and positive thinking as she fought for her own health.   I am a much better person for having known and worked with Kim for those few years.

What a privilege I had of working with Kim with several different hats on: from CSA, newly created, to CSA, mature program in need of data-driven improvements. Her can-do spirit moved work and people forward. Heartfelt  condolences to her family.

It was truly a privilege to work with Kim on CSA.  She had such a vision for service for young people at risk and worked so effectively with multiple, diverse stakeholders in establishing CSA.  I am among the many who learned about working with people while maintaining your vision from Kim.  There are truly thousands of children whose lives are better because of Kim.
