We miss him so much. He was a funny, sweet, loving, smart, and giving man. He fought hard for a long time and it helps to ease our grief knowing he is at peace.

John was a gentleman who was kind and had a big heart and he made me laugh and cry at the same time. I am in a much better place in my life because of him. He will be deeply missed in so many ways. I am grateful to have known him and some of his family. I am grateful that he was able come to my wedding. Thank you for being my friend and I love you and will miss you.
John was one of the smartest people I’ve ever known, but he was also one of the most humble, accepting, and kind. His laughter and love of life are present in all of my memories. He made this world a brighter and better place.
