Mark, Diane, Paul and Andrew, I am saddened by the passing of your father.  I so enjoyed working with him for 35 years.  I learned so much and worked on so many interesting cases.  I especially enjoyed working with him when he was President of the BBO.  My condolences to you and your familes.  Joanne Morganti

My spouse Nancy and I are truly saddened by Jim’s passing. He was an exceptional man who led an exceptional life. I met Jim as his Boston neighbor in 2013, and considered him a dear friend. I only wish I had met him 20 years earlier, and had the benefit of his friendship for those additional years. Jim personified the Marine slogan, Simper Fidelis - always faithful. Always my friend, Tom
