Judge McDaniel served the citizens of Massachusetts with distinction as a justice of the Superior Court where he presided over hundreds of trials with a firm and fair hand. I am especially grateful for J. McDaniel's  tenure as a Suffolk Assistant District Attorney, serving victims and making our community safer. It was a pleasure to know him. Daniel F.
