Dear Linda and family,

I am so sorry to learn of this sad news.  I have wonderful memories of Irving at BHS and Brookline Adult Education. I feel fortunate to have known him. Rest in Peace Irving.

To the family:
Please accept my deepest condolences on the recent passing of Mr. Schwartz. He was my teacher at Newton High School in the mid-1960’s (I graduated in 1966).  I have very fond memories of his enthusiasm, humor, and genuine interest in his students. He was a lovely gentleman who I’m happy to hear lived a long and full life.  

I worked with Irving and Linda at Brookline Adult Ed for many years and have many fond memories. Irving was always kind and encouraging and told very funny stories while we rode around in that dangerous van delivering catalogs. Loved him like a father and will remember him always. My condolences to his family.
