I worked with Irene for 4 years in the Fee Listing Department at Delta Dental, and we became friends. She had such a great sense of humor, and was such a kind soul. We used to talk for hours, so I am sad we lost contact after we both left Delta. I extend my deepest sympathy to her sisters, as she loved them very much, and I miss working with her as her wit was such a blessing to behold.
My memories of Irene go way back to the 60's, the first time I actually met my cousin in New York. We had many stories to tell of the cranky oldies and reminisced many a time over the years. Even though we only emailed, messaged and occasionally skyped in recent years she will be sadly missed. Our love to Veronica, Margaret, Alexandra & Adriana, love from all of us in Leeds xxx
I'm sad to hear of Irene's passing. I worked in the same department with her for 2 years. She had the best stories, especially about her beloved nieces, her neighbor, and her cat . It made me feel as if I knew them personally. She was great at sending cute cards for all occasions. I'm so disappointed I lost touch with her after she retired. My deepest condolences to her family.
Irene and I sat next to each other in Fee Listing Department at Delta Dental in San Francisco. She and I often got in trouble for laughing. She said we were of the Same Socio economic class as I came from Oakland too. I know she would laugh if she heard me say that. We had a great time together and she was a terrific friend. My deepest condolences to her sisters, nieces whom she loved dear
I'm so sorry to hear about Irene's passing. I met Irene before I begin working for Delta Dental. She and I would ride the same bus home each day and she would always tell me how she enjoyed working at Delta Dental and we instantly became friends. I always think about her because she changed my life. I would like to send my prayers and condolences to her family.
Gone way too soon. I grew up with Irene in Oakland, CA. We went to Bret Harte Jr. High and Skyline High together. I remember her as a sweet, gentle soul, with a lovely smile. I truly hope that she lived a good life; enjoyed her retirement, and is now beginning a whole new journey. My condolences to her family and friends.
I worked with Irene at Delta and was so sorry to hear of her passing. She had such a great personality and brought a great warmth to Delta. The dental offices she worked with all loved her as she helped them work with our company. My condolences to Veronica, Margaret, Alexandra and Adriana. She spoke with such love for all of you.
