I remember Harry from the first year I spent at the Naval Postgraduate School in 1971 when I was a new military faculty member in physics.  Back in those days, the students at NPS came to learn technical subjects, not just "punch" professional tickets.  Harry maintained integrity.  I respected and admired him greatly for that.  Xavier K.
