Every time I would cross paths with Frank he would say something, funny, and/or profound that I was never quick enough to respond to, but I always enjoyed seeing him, such a warm, compassionate man, a joy to have known, he will be missed on the the 2nd floor of Smiley Art Building and far far far beyond, I am sure.
