This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Fannie Cook, 91, born on November 24th, 1924 and passed away in 2016. We will remember her forever.
Ms. Cook was in the nursing home at the same time as my Mom. She was such a sweet loving person and I know she will be missed. May God be with her family and friends.
