My deepest condolences on your loss.  I have worked for EPA for 33 years and had the privilege to work with Kevin during the early days of my career.  I worked in the public affairs office and would team up with him on big events and announcements.  He was a consummate professional, good man, and had a terrific sense of humor.  He was EPA's poet laureate.  My sympathies - Doug Gutro
