There is so much to say about this amazing man. He was a great dad, and an amazing grandfather, loved his grands like a father/grandfather, they came first in all THINGS, he traveled with them no matter where they wen, supported all there sports, hands on, that man was always there. His love for his daughters was evident in all he did and stood for. So young, but, is at peace. Much Love
I have known Ed for many, many years and what a wonderful man he has always been. He always had that beautiful smile on his face and such a dynamic personality and always good things to say about everyone. He was a wonderful Dad and a terrific grandfather and would do anything for his grandkids and kids. He is at Peace now. Prayers to all and God Bless. Gail Wilson Davis
Words cannot describe my dear friend of 33 yrs. He was such a special man, who loved his family more than life. He had such special gifts of sweetness and humor. I loved being with him or just talking on the phone. He could always lighten my darkest thoughts with just a few words and some laughter. Laughter that I will miss with all my heart and soul.
Ed was one of my managers that I will never forget. The love he had for his children and grandchildren was unmatched. They were his everything! He even treated his work children with compassion. I’ll never forget the talks we had when I went through a rough patch in life. I’m glad he’s not suffering anymore and is at peace. Rely on our God above for comfort. My thoughts are with you
I used to work with Ed at the Virginia Credit Union. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
I was deeply saddened to learn my dear friend, Ed had passed away. I had been living in Chicago and just moved back, but not in time to see my dear friend once again. The greatest father, a loyal VACU employee and hands down the best manager I’ve ever had. I will always remember Ed with love. We had so many good laughs! Rest In Peace my dear friend. Until we meet again!
