David is my friend Reva's older brother. He was always funny, very cute and even down right handsome when he was younger and I remember him this way. I think he lived his life without fear and a lot of aplomb! I want to send my love and compassion to the Stark family. I know David's passing will be hard, very hard to deal with as he was larger then life. RIP David, with lots of love, Shawn

Rest in peace Dr. Stark It’s unbelievable that you are gone I’m just learning that you passed away six years ago you were such a wonderful sweet loving doctor that I ever would have I just want you to know that you’re in a better place with the Lord and that we will meet one day again on the other side you will always be missed but never forgotten I give my condolences to your family that God will always give them the strength to get through this in the mighty name of Jesus I pray amen
