Sincere condolences to the entire Carter family and to Peggy Smith. As a former employee of the old Johnston-Willis ER who went on to become an employee of Surgical Associates of Richmond, I have truly fond memories of my 15 years at 2908 Kensington Avenue and 7129 Jahnke Road; memories that include Doctor Carter's easy and pleasant manner.
