I just learned of Dave’s death this morning. Dave was by far, the best person I worked with during my career in public law. His intelligence, integrity empathy and humor were my North Star. He will always be with me. I’m sorry I missed his memorial service, but hope my best wishes reach Kay and their sons. Orry Korb
